Screenprint on Cotton Long Sleeve T-Shirt with Hand Sewn Patch

These shirts are a culmination of work of the past few years. The large design on the back is an adaptation of an older screen print that I started in 2018 and printed in 2021. After making that print I went virtually dormant with my art for over a year. Coming out of that I felt pretty down like I was going nowhere with my work. Since then I’ve revived my artistic practice and these words have changed meaning to me. The words now imbue me with a feeling of persistence, a passion to keep creating. You could say I’m going nowhere but, I’m not going anywhere.
